White Sauce Pasta | White Sauce Beef Pasta
- Pasta – 250 Grams
- Beef – 200 Grams
- All Purpose Flour
- Cooking Oil
- Chili Flakes
- Baby Corn
- ngredients Red Bell Pepper &Yellow Bell Pepper
1.First boil the water by adding salt and cooking oil and cook the pasta covered for 15 mins. Then strain it and keep it aside.
2. Heat a pan with cooking oil, add chopped beef and saute. Add chopped onion, carrot, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, mushroom, baby corn, minced garlic, chili flakes, some salt and pepper and stir fry them on high flame. Keep the beef with vegetables aside.
3. Heat a pan with some butter, once the butter is melted add all purpose flour and mix it well. Slowly add milk to it, whisk it well and make sure that there are no lumps.
4.Finally add salt, cooked beef with vegetables and pasta, and mix everything well. Add grated processed cheese and mix well.
5. Serve it hot.
